👉❗️❗️The Social Cooperative (Koi.S.P.E.) “Diadromes” in collaboration with European 🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺🇪🇺organisations located in Spain, Lithuania, Poland and Romania, implements the European program SEPAL –
📣“Supporting Employment Platform through Apprenticeship Learning SEPAL-2017-1-058”
SEPAL is funded by Countries of the European Economic Area – Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway –, the Youth Aid Fund and the Active Youth Program.
The European Project “SEPAL” was designed to meet the need for professional integration 🏃♀️🏃♂️of young people coming from socially vulnerable groups (e.g. people with disabilities, school dropouts, immigrants etc.).
SEPAL project aims to create an innovative model for assessing the skills of young people between the ages of 24 and 29🙋♀️🙋♂️ who are out of education, employment or training (NEETs). Participants will be supported to acquire certified professional skills🤓🥇🥈🥉, through apprenticeship in Social Enterprises and / or small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and through their participation in organized training activities.
Professional career counselors 👩💼👨💼will provide participants with ongoing support in order to successfully remain in the job market.
To maximize the publicity of the program to young people and those working with young people💻📢, the need to develop audiovisual promotional material emerged.
And of course, although the team members of SEPAL project are very acumen and experienced professionals in the field of career counseling, they definitely could not promote the program so effectively and directly to the general public! For this reason, excellent actors and contributors agreed to participate on a voluntary basis to the visualization of the project.🎥📡
Thus we would like to express our warmest thanks for this to😊🙌🙏:
The sepal project would not have the same effects without the help and collaboration 🤝 of our partners.
Last week the SEPAL project team (Spain) held meetings with the CCOO (workers commissions), Fondacion Surt i CITE. The objective of the meetings was to establish lines of collaboration to respond to the needs of our NEETs, with the perspective of improving employability.
